1. Credits
1.1 How do credits work?
Agent-Based Content Generation
When you make a request, credits are used for both understanding your need and crafting the final output. The number of credits depends on:
- Tool / model chosen – each offers unique capabilities at different credit levels.
- Task complexity – the more detailed the request, the more credits required.
Canvas Generator Usage
Credits are consumed according to your generation settings:
- Image size & quality you select.
- Style and level of detail desired.
- Advanced parameters you enable.
The more sophisticated your settings, the more credits will be required.

1.2 How to get more credits?

1.3 Will credits expire?
Daily Credits
Free users receive daily credits that expire at midnight UTC and do not roll over to the next day.
Monthly Plan
Credits from your monthly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Annual Plan
Credits for annual subscriptions are distributed on a monthly basis. Each month's credits are valid only within that month's cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next monthly cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over.
Top-up Credits (Permanent Credits)
These credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.
1.4 Commercial License
Subscribers may use Pixelripple-generated content for commercial purposes subject to the original model license and platform Terms of Service.
Commercial rights exclude redistributing / reselling the model itself or using it to build competing services.
2. Frequently Asked Questions
2.1 How can I monitor my remaining credits?
Remaining credits are always visible next to your avatar in the navigation bar. For full usage details, open Account Settings → Usage.
2.2 How to change or cancel your subscription plan
Upgrading: Lower-tier Plan → Higher-tier Plan
- Hover over your profile avatar and choose Upgrade.
- If you switch to a higher-tier plan, any unused credits from your current plan will be automatically applied to the new subscription, and all credit expiration dates will be recalculated based on the new plan's validity period.
Upgrading: Monthly → Annual
- Click the desired annual plan; it will start immediately after you confirm.
If you change your payment method during the upgrade process:
- You can first purchase the higher-tier plan with the new payment method. After the purchase is successful, please contact hello@pixelripple.ai to cancel and refund your previously purchased lower-tier plan.
Canceling
- Go to Account → Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel on the active plan and confirm.
2.3 Will benefits from ongoing campaigns still be effective if my subscription expired?
Any additional benefits from a campaign will apply immediately once you activate a subscription during the campaign period. However, if you cancel your subscription, these benefits will no longer apply to your account.
If you reactivate your subscription during the campaign, you may resume the benefits for the remainder of your original subscription period.
2.4 How does credit priority work?
When you use features that consume credits, they are deducted in this order:
- Daily Credits (expire first, so used first)
- Monthly Credits (expire at end of billing cycle)
- Permanent Credits (never expire, preserved longest)
This ensures you always use credits that would expire soonest first.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Monthly & Annual Subscription Orders
- Within 7 days of purchase:
If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund. If any credits have been consumed, refunds are not available. - After 7 days of purchase:
Refunds are not available.
Note: No refunds for subscriptions with referral rewards.
3.2 Refund Processing Time
- We will reply to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
- After both parties have reached an agreement on the refund plan, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
We may occasionally offer special benefits for certain members (such as free or unlimited model usage). If you request a refund, it will be considered a withdrawal from the activity benefits. In this case, we will recalculate the fees based on your actual usage and compute any refundable amount accordingly.
The actual consumption of computing resources shall be determined according to the backend system data. The final interpretation right belongs to Pixelripple.
